Fryling, Jr., and Thomas E. Pope, Attracting Birds to Southern Gardens.Charles F. Fryling, Jr., ASLA, is an associate professor of landscape architecture at Louisiana State University.Thomas E. Pope is the former Louisiana Cooperative Extension landscape horticulture specialist. Neil G.
