My name is John Harris, and I am the owner of John Harris Basketball, LLC and Kingship Youth Development mentoring program. I absolutely love teaching the game of life through basketball and building relationships with players while simultaneously helping them reach their potential on and off the court. I have coached Varsity boys' basketball for eight years, trained players for more than a decade, and taught a middle school leadership class for three years. Growing up in Georgia, I played high-level AAU basketball for the Atlanta Celtics and GA Stars and played collegiately for Aiken Technical College. I am blessed with my amazing wife and four wonderful children and now live in the Charleston, South Carolina area. My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This verse continues to be instrumental in my life.
