THE BOOK Philosophy And Corruption In Nigeria is specially designed in particular for students of Philosophy who have just started or who are already studying the subject for a year. Also, the book is a companion text for the reading public who want to know what the value of Philosophy is all about, and how Ethics - one of the main branches of Philosophy - can be used to fight corruption. The book is a product of a deliberate attempt by the author to expose the effect of corruption in Nigeria for the reading public to know how the endemic moral vice (corruption) has devastated and truncated the nation's development in all ramifications. Since it is an avowed function of Philosophy to fight the ills of the society, the book makes a bold attempt at using Philosophy, especially Ethics - the moral study of human conduct - to stem the waves of corruption to the bearest minimum in Nigeria.
