Autorenporträt
Born March 2, 1942, Philippe Weisbecker was raised in France. Graduated from Ecole National Superieure des Arts Decoratifs, Paris 1966. From 1966 to 1968, he lived in Tunisia where he worked as head of the graphic department for the Tunisian Tourist Bureau. In 1968, he moved to New York and became a permanent resident of the United States. This is when he started a career in fine arts and illustration. In 1990, he became an American citizen. In 2006, he moved back to Paris, and is now sharing time between Paris and Barcelona.
