Peter Simpson is associate professor in the department of English at the University of Auckland. He is the author of Answering Hark, Colin McCahon: The Titirangi Years, and Ronald Hugh Morrieson. He is the editor of Look Back Harder and Seven New Zealand Novellas. Peter Peryer is one of New Zealand's leading contemporary photographers. His work has been extensively exhibited in the United States, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. His work has also been represented in Contemporary New Zealand Photography and Into the Light.
