To measure the validity for personality; face validity, construct and content validity were used. Reliability was measured using the Cronbach alpha. The results of the study showed a significant negative relationship between the personality traits and WFC except for the agreeableness trait. The results also showed significant negative correlations with the different forms of WFC, except for the agreeableness trait.
