Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the most important food crop under agroforestry system in North India.The microclimate under agroforestry is somewhat modified due to presence of trees, under such conditions; the growth response of understory wheat crop may be different from sole cropping system.So, the present investigation was carried out at Tarai region of India.
