The importance of the investigation is to encourage the utilization of recycled coarse aggregate concrete for construction works. Presently the construction sector is facing a shortage of sand and M-sand came into the market as an alternative material for natural sand. State and Central governments are encouraged to use it for construction activities. Similarly, over wheeling of natural resources, a shortfall can be expected in feature for coarse aggregate also. Hence, the adoption of recycled aggregate is necessary for concrete works to provide a sustainable environment. The present research aimed to investigate punching shear capacities for slab elements with the incorporation of recycled aggregate in place of natural aggregates and study was extended with addition of different fibers (steel, glass, basalt and polypropylene). The investigation reported that use of recycled aggregate in place of natural aggregate for concrete works showed lesser strengths and it is in line with previous research works. With incorporation of fibers for recycle aggregate concrete provided higher strengths than the natural aggregate concrete. The performance of fibers in recycle aggregate concrete.
