In future the ITES organizations must concentrate and develop a system towards 360 degree appraisal. This is the future trend and ITES companies must adhere to it. The companies must identify and develop unique retention strategies to retain the employees. An established formal communication networking with an informal focus would give the ITES organizations an additional competitive advantage.
