In today's sciencee, many applications that are needed to transfer bulk of information among the users in secure manner. The best path to secure information is Cryptography Science. In cryptography science, symmetric block algorithms are one of the most important fundamental techniques to transfer bulk of data at high speed. There are various algorithms proposed by researcher. In this research work, RC6 cryptographic algorithm is utilized to calculate execution time taken by encryption and decryption procedure. RC6 algorithm is used to transfer only 128-bits of blocks but; if user wants to transfer more than 128 bits of blocks than he/she utilizes the mode of operation like Electronic Codebook Mode (ECB Mode), Cipher Block Chaining Mode (CBC Mode) and Counter Mode (CTR Mode). In this research work, symmetric block algorithm RC6 is performed with three modes of operations: ECB mode, CBC mode and CTR Mode. This report describes "Performance Evaluation of RC6 Cryptographic Algorithmalong with Blocks of Modes of Operation".
