As all scientific work must be defined in time and space, this study was carried out over a period of 3 years from 2019 to 2021 in the Haut-Lomami province. After analyzing and interpreting the data, the result is as follows: In relation to the risks of services linked to the quantity: - The year 2019 was more marked by a high risk of overuse of services inthe KINDA health zone (14/ 22); in 2020 at the KANIAMA health zone (10/22) and 2021 at the health zone.
