The Church - the Church of the Living God, the Church that was birthed on the day of Pentecost, the Church that Jesus proclaimed the gates of hell could not prevail against, the Church made up of the people that Jesus prayed would be as one - this same Church, in all of its glory, needs to establish a "team mentality." God has issued this mandate for the perfecting of His people and so that His Kingdom can be advanced on the earth. Far too many pastors and church leaders are overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted, and are closing their doors despite the fact that there is a plan for victory already outlined in Scripture. Using the illustration of a hand to represent the five-fold ministry giftings, Dr. Verrick Norwood skilfully details how God has already established an order for the church to function by that, when implemented, will facilitate spiritual as well as numerical growth. If you are ready to be part of the overcoming Church that Jesus prophesied, to receive instructions on how to set your church in order or are looking for strategies to be more effective in ministry then look inside the pages of this book to discover your answers.
