Ex-post facto design was followed. Simple random sampling was used. The tools used were Perception of Communication Satisfaction(PCS) Questionnaire and Work-Related Quality of Life(WRQL) Scale. The findings reveal that there was high positive correlation between perception of satisfaction from communication with superior and work-related quality of life as a whole. Also there was positive and high correlation between perception of satisfaction from communication with superior and each of the subscales - general well-being, home-work interface, job-career satisfaction, working conditions. There was no relationship between PCS and the subscale control at work. There was negative correlation between perception of satisfaction from communication with superior and the subscale stress at work, i.e. higher the PCS , lower is the job stress.
