Ian Lemke cofounded Cozy Castles, a nationwide investment firm that been helping sellers "out" of a tight spot and helping buyers "in" to a home they'd never thought. He lives in San Antonio, TX and has two daughters: one at home and one grown. If he's not writing, Ian in investing in real estate, training others to invest, or swimming in the many lakes, rivers, streams of south Texas. Ian is a serial entrepreneur and continues to integrate his passion to learn with his purpose to help others optimize and automate their business.
