People of the World is an effort to catalog bizarre and/or interesting specimens I see on the streets of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and various other places. A couple of the drawings were inspired by events in my teenage years. I have been astounded and disgusted by people since I can remember, and they become more tragic, vile, and beautiful the more intently I observe.
