Holding a Ph.D degree of The University of Hong Kong, the author works in Beijing as an Assistant Professor in the School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China. She has published extensively in the field of social policy. Her current research interests encompass old-age security, policy process, aging, and social assistance.
