Education for excellence must always start from its own cultivation. It will therefore be necessary that the teacher; father, mother... who intends to help others to learn, become aware of the need to take the reins of their own existence for their own flourishing, without which, it is not possible to water others to grow. Investing time in matters of value, knowing one's own possibilities, limitations and with the firm will to achieve excellence in any aspect of life, requires training of the passions and the will; as well as the cultivation of wisdom, temperance, justice, humanity, courage, justice and transcendence to achieve happiness as already referred by Peterson and Saligman5 among other aspects that will be dealt with in more depth in this work.
