Autorenporträt
D Malone McMillan, the crotchety grandson of South Georgia sharecroppers, is a former Senior Executive for a Fortune 50 telecommunications firm. After a brief tour with the U.S. Army, McMillan received his BSBA from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia. A proud Southerner, McMillan, originally from Tifton, GA., currently calls the beaches of Jacksonville home with his beautiful and sometimes adoring wife, Jennifer, and his serial farting rescue mutts and best friends, Jaws and Jelli. McMillan has three grown children and five occasionally well-behaved grandchildren. He enjoys painting, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, photography, golfing, reading, traveling, Jalapeno Cheetos, and long, afternoon naps. Never under-estimate the curative powers of Cheetos and naps. McMillan places his quirky characters in remarkable settings then sits back and takes copious notes as the characters interact inside his head. With his wife Jennifer, McMillan has traveled extensively in the Caribbean and Europe.
