Martin Belov is Professor in Constitutional and Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Sofia 'St. Kliment Ohridski'. He is Vice Dean of the University of Sofia 'St. Kliment Ohridski', Faculty of Law responsible for the international relations and digitalization.
