Dr. Julia Gamradt hat zu Konflikten und Flexibilisierungen in organisationalen Transformationsprozessen an der FAU promoviert und ist seitdem in der Strategieberatung tätig. Dr. Ronald Staples lehrt und forscht an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) mit den Schwerpunkten Innovation, organisationaler Wandel, Mitbestimmung und Digitalisierung. Prof. Dr. Werner Widuckel lehrt und forscht an der FAU als Professor für Personalmanagement. Davor war er unter anderem Arbeitsdirektor und Personalvorstand der AUDI AG. Matthäus Wilga Msc.Msc. promoviert im Fachbereich Wirtschaftsinformatik an der FAU zu Strategien und Geschäftsmodellen zur Nutzung von künstlicher Intelligenz.
