This book presents a detailed analysis of the concept of organizational climate as studied by researchers across time .It makes a comparative study of organizational climate as perceived by teaching faculty of affiliated colleges in the city of Mumbai, India. The book discusses the major differences that exist in organizational climate perception between the faculty employed under the grant- in- aid system and those in the self -financing courses and makes recommendations for improvement. The findings would be of interest to academicians as well as college administrators.

Dr Shobha Menon, is a post graduate in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai, India and holds a Doctoral Degree in Management Studies. She is currently employed as an Associate Professor in Industrial Psychology at Cosmopolitan's Valia College, Mumbai and is also a recognized guide for Doctoral studies at Mumbai University.
