The study found the lack of transparency in promotion and transfer, less chances of getting promoted for seniors because of not having merit cum seniority system, lesser opportunities of education facilities for higher studies for employees' children at projects. NTPC,Badarpur provides all the types of facilities to its employees thereby providing satisfaction to its employees to a great extent. Communication matrix should be strictly adhered to more free flow of communication by top and middle management. More clarity regarding job description may be helpful. Human asset prerequisites in groups should be re-looked guaranteeing sufficient colleagues in a group. NTPC,Badarpur ought to move with the developing advancements so it can adapt up to the quicker rivalry.
