It carries a high risk of malignant transformation and hence requires sufficient measures to be cured. The purpose of this book was to overview various surgical treatment modalities for Oral Submucous Fibrosis and weigh the pros and cons of each so as to arrive at a conclusive decision regarding the surgical line of treatment to be followed for patients diagnosed with this condition.

Dr. Kanwaldeep Singh Soodan did M.D.S.(Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College & Hospital,Pune(India)in 2009.He has working experience in Cleft & Craniomaxilofacial Surgery Unit(Chennai), Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital(Mumbai)&teaching experience in dental colleges.
