Headache is one of the most common causes of patients referring to doctors, and most people in the community have experienced severe headache attacks at least once in their lifetime. The prevalence of different types of headaches varies across communities. In western societies, migraines and neurological headaches are more prevalent, while in eastern societies they are less prevalent, which may be due to cultural differences in these societies. In this book, it is first attempted to develop a fuzzy system that models the experience and knowledge of the expert and diagnoses common headaches, then, with the help of the LFE algorithm, without the help of an expert, design the system and generate if-then fuzzy rules, and in the end it compares the results, and shows that the accuracy of the system modeled with the LFE algorithm is higher. The methods used are also varied and the four fuzzy and non-fuzzy intelligent methods are fully implemented. In fact, with the help of applied mathematics techniques, new strategies for optimal diagnosis leading to optimal treatment and optimal control of the disease are presented, and new solutions based on specific symptom measurements are presented.
