Autorenporträt
Shame Mugova is a financial analyst, currently a Finance Lecturer at Management College of Southern Africa in Durban, South Africa and a research fellow at Durban University of Technology. He holds a PhD in Finance from the Durban University of Technology (South Africa). He received a Master's Degree (MBA) from Solusi University (Zimbabwe) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe) in 2012 and 2007, respectively. His research interests are  corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and trade credit. He has 8 years of work experience in Zimbabwe's tax, medical, private voluntary organisation, engineering, clothing and textile industry sectors. His work experience is in the field of finance and accounting and has worked for 3 years as an independent business consultant for Small-to-Medium Enterprises. Paul R. Sachs is Executive Director of Merakey-Philadelphia, a division of Merakey which is a multistate non-profit organisation in the USA serving people with mental health, addictions and intellectual disability challenges. He received a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. He is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, USA, and resides in the Philadelphia, PA, USA, area.  He has been a mentor for Fellows from the Mandela Washington Fellowship and received a reverse exchange grant to provide mental health training with a Fellow in Ethiopia in 2016.
