The scientific paper is devoted to the study of vicious phenomena of a social kind. The actions of elements of any system that destroy it and set the lethal threshold of the elements themselves are understood as vicious. This is a synonym of feedback, which can be seen in reality but is ignored in practice, between the habitat and the object that exists in it. During the conduct of this research, four types of elementary social vices have been found, which can be figuratively referred to as infantilism, snobbery, corruption and stagnation. Social vicious processes of a complex nature are seen as combinations and temporal variations of these vicious incarnations, which can be discovered in the history of the descent of mankind. Famous social processes of exploitation of a person by a person and tehnocratization of human activity are presented and analyzed as examples. The viciousness of such processes is deduced from the presence of elementary social vices in them. This paper may be of interest to professional sociologists as well as wide audience whose lifestyle and activities are performed in the modern social environment.
