Born in Savannah, Georgia, this lady has been fascinated with the city's history---and probably to the point of obsession. As a child, strolling the uneven cobblestone walks, or gazing upon the beautiful mansions the past came alive for her, anxious to whisper its secrets. Even today, she can not pass through one of the squares without pausing beneath those ancient moss-bearded oaks to wonder who might have stood there before; what was said; how they handled the problems in their lives; if they were happy; . if they deserved to be? Thus began "On The Chin Of A Giant" and its sequel, "On The Foot Of A Mountain" pre-Civil War novels nearly a life time in the writing. But a story yearning to be told for eons...
