About the Author Michael is a family man first and attempts to be an author second. Born and raised in North Kohala, on the Big Island of Hawaii. He graduated from Kohala High School in 2008. He began writing Of Kings and Pawns in the beginning of 2015 and by the end of Summer he had already completed the first draft. Writing has always been a passion of Michael's and he loves to read and write.
