Autorenporträt
Alexandra Kazaks has a PhD in nutritional biology from University of California, Davis. Dr. Kazaks has been a respected consultant for national health organizations and has frequently appeared as a featured speaker lecturing about diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management. In addition to numerous research articles, she is the co-author of Obesity: A Reference Handbook (2009). Dr. Kazaks is currently a professor at Bastyr University.
