Mrs. Ashrafi Hossain is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Agriculture of Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her research interest deals with food nutrition and its chemistry.She also interested to work on molecular biology to improve food quality.
