Throughout the book, I've included insights and perspectives from Maharishi Vedic Science and the practice of the Transcendental Meditation program. I dedicate Nuggets to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the foremost scientist of consciousness and Veda and Vedic literature in our time.
