I am heartened that, judging from the comments that my first book has received from people around the world, my work seems to be having this effect. All royalties from this book will be given to Home Horizon: Transitional Support Program.

Leah den Bok is a Fashion, Beauty and Portrait Photographer. For the past several years, she has been traveling to cities throughout the world, such as Toronto, New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and Brisbane, photographing people experiencing homelessness and recording their stories for her project Humanizing The Homeless. Leah's goals with this project are to humanize people experiencing homelessness and shine a spotlight on the problem of homelessness. The work from this project has been compiled in a book series entitled Nowhere to Call Home--Photographs and Stories of People Experiencing Homelessness.
