Autorenporträt
Shebonti Ray Dadwal is Fellow and Head of the Non-Traditional Security Centre at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), New Delhi, and Member of the Editorial Board, Strategic Analysis (Routledge). Prior to rejoining IDSA in 2005, she worked as Deputy Secretary at the National Security Council Secretariat. She has been a member of the CSCAP Study Group on Asia-Pacific Cooperation for Energy Security as well as the Confederation of Indian Industry's Steering Committee on Energy. Her published books are The Geopolitics of America's Energy Independence: Implications for China, India and the Global Energy Market (2013) and Rethinking Energy Security in India (2002). Uttam Kumar Sinha is Fellow at IDSA and holds an adjunct position at the Malaviya Centre for Peace Research, Banaras Hindu University. At IDSA, he is the Managing Editor of Strategic Analysis (Routledge). He has been a Chevening Gurukul Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science, a CSCAP-India representative for the Study Group on Water Resources Security, and the Chair of Near East and South Asia Regional Network on Water Dispute Resolution Mechanism, National Defense University, Washington. His research areas focus on non-traditional aspects of security, especially climate change and transboundary water issues, and he has published widely.
