Autorenporträt
As an educational specialist and educator for over 20 years, I've served children as a special education teacher, worked with students with speech impairments, and tutored students as a reading comprehension specialist for the academically at-risk. Reading children's books to my students continues to bring joy to my heart as I teach young learners to read, narrate stories, demonstrate effective self-expression, and improve their comprehension skills. I knew I would enjoy writing this story about my students and their experiences while learning about koalas. Growing one's imagination shows that early intervention is essential for achieving academic success.
