The dynamics of human development are being driven in our country by the launch of the NHRI in 2005. The NHRI takes two parallel approaches: supporting access to basic services and infrastructure, and strengthening the ability of women and men to create activities adapted to their know-how and in line with the specificities of their regions, by strengthening their capacity and promoting the development of their activities. The aim of these approaches is to significantly reduce poverty and exclusion through the promotion of income-generating activities (IGAs).
