Influence is an hourly act. Positive or negative; we all crave guidance in one fashion or another. We glance to our parents, we look to our coaches, and we turn to our teachers for reassurance and for counseling. We desire the pats on the back, the at-a-boy moments and of course recognition, when we do something positive. However, personal influence is much more than a cheerleader, more than a ring-side coach; it's one that is the way, for they show the way, through their daily regimen. We often look to the rich-and-famous, the star-athlete, or the politician as a beacon. Yet, the ones who greatly impact your life are the day-to-day people with whom you interact with. As we push further and deeper into our roots as to why we turned out the way we are, we must really give thanks to the local adults who molded us, groomed us, guided us and who showed compassion for us. Our journey in life is a series of stages; it's one door after another that we have to unlock and to face fears, trials and perhaps celebrate. Our sole purpose in life is to guide and educate the next generation to shape them into hard-working individuals. Allow them to stumble, but support them. Allow them to achieve, yet settle them down. The game of influence has been played for thousands of years. Positive influence has a far greater impact than negative influence. This book will show you what can happen when one is encouraged, challenged and pushed through positive guidance. This account will establish that it's up to us in the long run. But it's the small stories and the journey through positive influence, which allows us to triumph. The local butcher is small, but influential in the BIG game of life. Good old fashion customer service is still alive and well across the globe......But in this book you will observe it was the customer who wrote his experience; for he was given superb customer service which generated a loyal customer, creating a customer for life. This is is a true story about a consumer not having a inkling as to what he required, but he kept coming back to a business (bicycle shop) that delivered every single time. The ten ingredients Jim writes about will guide any business to the core of customer service. A tremendous customer experience keeps customers coming back for more; 2000 Miles on Wisdom will show you how. Need an inspiring story to renew your commitment to success? Look no further than Jim Serger's 2000 Miles on Wisdom, with lessons on leadership and delivering the best to everyone customers, colleagues, relatives, and friends in your life.
