Plasma technology assists printing of different fabrics (blend, nature and synthetic) with nature dyes. Cotton, polyester, wool and their blends with polyester could be successfully printed with pigment technique containing natural dyes then fixed with plasma. DBD plasma fixation enhanced the printability of all treated fabrics and increased their color strength nearly to the triple compared to the control ones. Fastness properties as rubbing, washing & light are all improved to excellent after DBD plasma fixation.
