There is a question: "What should be the new physics?" There is no unity on this issue among the physicists. This the book is a the forerunner of the emergence of a new physics in which violation of conservation laws in the open systems is allowed, the prohibition on the creation of devices with an efficiency of more than 100% is lifted and in which for the mankind opens up an the inexhaustible source of conceptual innovations in the all fields of activity. It can be stated that neither the standard cosmological model CDM nor the standard model CM of the interaction of elementary particles can adequately explain the irreversible processes of the evolution of the Universe. Researchers need a new strategy, it is necessary to step over the prohibitions and dogmas of the Einstein's Special and General theory of relativity and the Bohr's antiquated "complementarity" principle, prohibiting even thinking about the internal structure of an elementary particle.
