Uwe Skoda is an associate professor of South Asian studies at Aarhus University, Denmark. Kenneth Bo Nielsen is a research fellow at the Centre for Development and the Environment at the University of Oslo, Norway. Marianne Qvortrup Fibiger is an associate professor in religious studies at Aarhus University, Denmark.
