John Truitt was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, Dyslexia and other differences at age 45. After a career spent in medical, dental and medical device start-ups, he created the On The Spectrum Foundation - a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to advocating Autism spectrum talents through self-discovery and social education. He now speaks professionally on these subjects and offers life coaching support for Adults with Asperger's and learning differences.
