Thida Myint fue Director General Adjunto de los Archivos Nacionales de Myanmar. Se desempeñó como encargada de la sucursal del Bajo Myanmar en Yangon, Myanmar. Como DDG/ Encargada de LMB, viajó a los estados y regiones del Bajo Myanmar e hizo una llamada de cortesía a los Ministros Jefes y personas responsables y explicó que debía mantener los registros y archivos de forma sistemática.
