Cytotoxicity assay: 10µg/ml concentration of CBN have least effect on morphology, cell viability, growth kinetics, population doubling time, colony forming unit assay, and MTT assay. However, 50µg/ml has moderate effects and 100µg/ml has severe effects in these growth parameters.
