LaJeana Morgan was born in 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri. She currently resides in Arizona. She is a devout believer in Jesus Christ. She was called to Salvation in 1980 under the Leadership of Willie Mae Diamond and Ella Logan with Calvary Chapel Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith and Doctrine in Kansas City. She is currently under the leadership of Bishop Gregory Newman, First Lady Cynthia Newman and Dr. Gregory Newman at Hope Assembly. LaJeana repented for her sins and was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of her sins and received the Gift of the Holy Ghost speaking in another language as the spirit of God gives Utterance. She strives every day to be virtuous and a women of Integrity. She has an infectious smile. She is a hugger and never meets a stranger. She has the gift of intercessory prayer, the gift of song and the ability to encourage women of all ages. She has over 20 years of sharing the gospel within the prison ministry. LaJeana had the pleasure of going to Israel in 1994 to see where her Lord and Savior was born and crucified. While in Israel she was baptized in the River Jordan for the second time. Those 12 days were the best days of her life. In 2013 LaJeana was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery she had to have 21 days of radiation. She never missed a day of work, college or attendance in church. By the grace of God and His healing power she is still cancer-free. LaJeana had dreams of being a nurse, but as life events happened she was not able to, so in 2014 she enrolled into the University of Phoenix and received a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. She has worked in various hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices and medical software companies. She loves hard and has a forgiving spirit. Her favorite scripture in the bible is Psalm 19:14 "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer". My Rise From the Flames and Ashes of COVID-19/My Truth is LaJeana Morgan's first published book. She has written this book to let someone know that Jesus can get you through any situation in this life journey. There is a reality in serving the true and living God.
