Bio of Arnold Burks Caesar, Sr.Born the fifth child of Rev. Shepherd L. Caesar, Sr. and Mrs. Essie McDowell Caesar.His elementary and secondary education was at Hawk Elementary and Jackson High School in Jackson Parish-Jonesboro, Louisiana.As a young person, no one had to encourage Rev. Caesar to attend church weekly. He would get up on Sunday, get dressed, and head out the door with his Bible walking up the street to the Mt. Earia CME Church in Jonesboro, LA.He was active in school and loved playing all sports. Some thought it so funny when Rev. Caesar shared how he would play football in high school and during half time instead of going to the locker room, he would get his trumpet and go perform with the marching band.
