We know that all dogs like bones, but Astrid is a dog with a problem -- her human mom likes bones more than she does! Upset by the other dogs making fun of her, Astrid comes up with a plan to make her mom stop liking bones for good -- but learns that sometimes, being different is not a bad thing. Written by a bone surgeon and inspired by her rescue dog, this is a story for anyone who likes dogs... and maybe bones, too.
