A child is happily coloring in their house, thinking of all the fun things they will do today. Then they notice snow falling outside their window. Before the child can even touch the doorknob, they are stuffed into a brand-new snowsuit, and unfortunately, it has no fingers! With a thick layer of puff between their hands and the snow, the child uses the only thing they can reach-their imagination-and imagines the wonderful things they could do with their hands.

Autorenporträt
Erin Parquette is an illustrator and artist from Madison, Wisconsin. She grew up loving to paint, smear, stick and stain her creativity everywhere, exhausting her already exhausted parents. Growing up she found that her imagination and creativity helped her to connect and understand children. This naturally led her to a long career as a nanny, with a few pauses here and there to try out every art form under the sun.She is now married and the proud mother of two children with their own huge imaginations. Erin's children inspire and motivate her everyday to keep drawing on the walls and sometimes on paper.
