This bedtime book takes children on a magical trip around their bodies, from their busy feet to their clever fingers. Courtesy of some warm, friendly animals it reminds children how lovely and grounding it can be to simply sense your physical body. The book is based on the practice of yoga nidra which is a form of yoga that helps to relax fully into the body and become peaceful through 'visiting' and becoming conscious of each body part. The colorful and positive illustrations show us each part of the body in a very artful and creative way and the text aids us to recognize this body part in ourselves- thus creating the body awareness and then the relaxation. It is the perfect nighttime book for little ones as it is deeply relaxing. It helps to develop body positivity from the inside out.
