Multilingualism is an omnipresent phenomenon in our modern society and since knowledge of multiple languages is becoming more and more of a necessity in order to successfully master everyday life, we can observe monolingualism becoming more of an exception than of a rule. Mag. Jasmin Mohr BA has always been especially interested in languages, which is why she became a teacher of English, French and German as a foreign/second language. Currently, she is teaching at a grammar school in Innsbruck, as well as at the University of Innsbruck. Her special field of interest besides English linguistics is didactics.
