Shawn Thomas Capell, MS., BCBA, LBA, holds a Master of Science degree in psychology with a specialized focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. Concurrently managing a full-time professional role, he assumes the pivotal roles of Owner and Executive Director at Covenant 15:16 LLC. His clinical and research pursuits encompass areas such as parent/staff training, multicultural and diversity considerations within the ABA field. Brian M. Conners, Ph.D., BCBA is a New Jersey Department of Education certified school psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He currently serves as the Associate Dean for the School of Education at Felician University where he is also an Associate Professor in their Applied Behavior Analysis graduate program. His areas of research interest include culturally responsive practices, ethics, and supervision in behavior analysis.
