John Contratti has been an elementary school teacher for over twenty-five years. He's the author of the children's book Cooking with Mr. C. He has appeared on the Hallmark cooking show Mad Hungry With Lucinda Scala Quinn, which was produced by Martha Stewart, and on the television dramas Royal Pains and The Americans. He is a supporter of the organizations Keen Company, Broadway Cares, and Children's Health Fund. Mr. Contratti resides in New York.
